Sabreena’s passion for cooking led her to the Cordon
Bleu Cookery School in London, from which she graduated
in 1982. She moved to Singapore in 1989 and loved
concocting new and exciting dishes for her close
friends. Her passion and expertise expresses itself in
her decadent desserts.
Her daughter's allergies put her cooking
skills to the test as she experimented and used
different techniques and ingredients to discover
delicious alternatives for a healthy lifestyle without
compromising on taste. This acted as a catalyst for her
interest and study of Natural Medicine and eventually
led her to explore and develop solutions for people with
various food intolerances.
Her hobby expanded into a business largely based on word
of mouth and interest from the media. The Conscious Choice cakes celebrates a
fundamental area of life; good health.
